OLD Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid from 19th March to 24th March 2008 and applies to purchases made in-store, on Quick Pay kiosks, over the telephone or authorised orders on Argos.co.uk
2. Spend £50 - £99.99 (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £5.00 Argos gift card or a £5.00 online promotional voucher
3. Spend £100 or more (excluding delivery charge) in a single transaction and receive a free £10.00 Argos gift card or a £10.00 online promotional voucher
4. If you order for home delivery online, you will receive a promotional voucher code instead of an Argos gift card. This promotional code will be sent in your order confirmation email and can only be redeemed online.
5. If you order for home delivery by telephone, your gift card will be dispatched separately from the products you have ordered and will arrive no later than 22nd April 2008.
6. If you collect your items in-store, you will receive your gift card in-store when you pay for the items.
7. If you order or reserve your item(s) online, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified to receive a gift card or an online promotional voucher code with your order acknowledgement. You will also receive confirmation of qualification when we acknowledge your order via email (if requested).
8. Gift cards must be redeemed in-store by 27th May 2008. They cannot be redeemed online, over the telephone or on Quick Pay kiosks.
9. Online promotional voucher codes must be redeemed online by 27th May 2008. They cannot be redeemed in-store, over the telephone or on Quick Pay kiosks.
10. This offer is not available with the purchase of Argos gift cards.
11. This offer is available when using High Street / Provident vouchers, Bonus Bonds, Easyshop, ACard, Shopportunity, Capital Bonds or Extra cards.
12. Excludes the purchase of gift cards using gift cards as a method of payment.
13. The maximum value of gift cards provided on purchases of any spend over £100 per transaction will be £10.
14. Gift cards can only be redeemed against subsequent transactions.
15. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or be returned under the 30-day money back guarantee.
16. If all or some of the products are returned under the Argos 30-day money back guarantee, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to a) less than £50 (in respect of transactions between £50-£99.99) or b) less than £100 (in respect of transactions over £100 or more), the gift vouchers must be returned. If the voucher is not returned, the voucher amount will be deducted from the money refunded.
17. Gift cards cannot be sold or transferred.
18. This does not affect your statutory rights.
19. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
